JOB OPENING: Laborer-Automated Trash Truck Driver

Our Public Works Department is currently accepting applications for a Laborer-Automated Trash Truck Driver. Must have a Class B NJ State driver's license, air brake endorsement with at least one year driving experience, excellent driving record and ability to pass all NJDOT requirements, criminal history records check, medical testing, drug/alcohol screening and physical. Applications/resumes can be mailed to Logan Township Public Works, PO Box 314, Bridgeport, NJ 08014 or hand delivered to the Municipal Clerk's Office during office hours.

Be aware that Atlantic City Electric has contracted Davey Resource Group to survey and prune trees near utility poles in Logan Township over the next few weeks.

Logan Township Awarded Grant for Road Improvements
Logan Township has been awarded one of the NJDOT’s competitive Municipal Aid grants to begin the first phase of improvements to Township Line Road. Logan is being awareded a $175,000 grant, which comes from the New Jersey Transportation Trust Fund. The first phase will address the worst sections of Township Line Road, while application is made for future grants towards the next phase of improvements.
